What is candle powderand how does it work?
Maison KNDL candle powder is an innovative granular wax blended with our exclusive fragrances. Unlike traditional melted wax, candle powder is ready to use straight away: simply pour the scented powder into your
chosen vessel, insert a wick, and light it. No heating, no pouring — a simple, safe, and fully customisable experience.

How do I use candle powder to make a candle?
Creating your candle with Maison KNDL candle powder is simple and intuitive. Choose a clean, dry vessel (glass, ceramic, concrete…). Insert the wick in the centre, keeping it upright. Gently pour the scented
powder around the wick to your desired level. Lightly press the powder to secure the wick. Light and enjoy. No special equipment needed — just your vessel, the powder, and a wick.

Can I use any vessel with the candle powder?
Yes! Maison KNDL candle powder is compatible with a wide variety of vessels: glasses, ceramic pots, concrete containers, cups, decorative bowls, and much more. Simply ensure the vessel is clean, dry, and
heat-resistant. Avoid plastic or flammable materials. This is one of the greatest strengths of our candle powder: total creative freedom to personalise your interior décor.

How many wicks can beused in candle powder?
The number of wicks depends on the diameter of your vessel. For vessels under 7 cm in diameter, a single wick is sufficient. For wider vessels (between 7 and 12 cm), we recommend 2 wicks for an even burn and better fragrance diffusion. Beyond 12 cm, 3 or more wicks may be used. Using the right number of wicks ensures optimal combustion and extends the life of your candle.

How long does a wickburn in candle powder?
On average, a candle made with our powder offers between 20 and 40 hours of burn time depending on the quantity used. To maximise the life of your candle, trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each use and avoid burning for more than 3 to 4 consecutive hours.

Can candle powder bereused?
Yes! Once the wick has burned down, the remaining scented powder can easily be removed and reused in a new vessel with a fresh wick. You can even blend several fragrances together to create your own signature scent. A sustainable, economical, and creative solution in line with an eco-conscious approach.

How long does the fragrance last in a candle or diffuser?
Our scented candles offer an average of 30 to 50 hours of aromatic diffusion depending on their size. Our designer fragrance diffusers provide continuous diffusion for 4 to 8 weeks depending on the intensity
setting and room size. For optimal diffusion, place your diffuser in a medium-sized space, away from direct draughts.

How do I extend the burn time of a candle?
To maximise the life of your Maison KNDL candle: trim the wick to 5 mm before each lighting. On first use, allow the candle to burn until the entire surface wax has melted (approximately 2 hours) to prevent
tunnelling. Do not burn for more than 3 to 4 consecutive hours. Extinguish the flame by covering the vessel rather than blowing it out, to preserve the fragrance.

Can Maison KNDLvessels be reused after the candle is finished?
Absolutely! Our vessels are designed to last well beyond the life of the candle. Once the powder has been used up, simply clean the vessel with warm soapy water to remove any residue. It can then be reused as a vase, pencil pot, bathroom storage, or refilled with a new Maison KNDL candle powder. A sustainable and elegant approach that reflects our vision of conscious, responsible design.

How do I care for aMaison KNDL scented object?
To preserve the beauty and performance of your Maison KNDL creations, a few simple steps are all it takes. For candles: trim the wick regularly and avoid draughty areas or surfaces that are not heat-resistant. For diffusers: turn the reeds regularly to intensify diffusion, and clean the bottle between each refill. Store your products away from direct light and extreme temperatures to protect the integrity of the fragrances.
